Vent & Validate is a structured-but-informal session where you can bring something from your work life — a difficult manager, the exhaustion of masking all day, a meeting that completely derailed you, anything — and receive genuine peer validation.
The rule is simple: no unsolicited advice. We listen. We reflect. We affirm. If you want advice, you ask for it.
We’ll keep the group small (6 to 10 people) so there’s room for everyone who wants to share.
You don’t have to have it figured out to show up. That’s exactly the point.
