Stage 1: Building the foundation
Find the community
Everything in Stage 1 is about one thing: finding neurodivergent professionals and giving them a home that feels genuinely welcoming, safe, and useful.

Stage 2: Coming next
Scale and sustain
Once we’ve built a thriving community, we’ll introduce revenue streams that add real value for members. A neurospicy-friendly job board and carefully chosen sponsorships from brands that genuinely serve our audience. We’ll also grow our volunteer moderation team to keep the community healthy at scale.

Stage 3: The big picture
Expand our influence
Stage 3 is where Professionally Neurospicy grows beyond a community into a movement. We’ll launch a podcast, create educational resources, advocate for neurodivergent professionals in workplace policy, help employers build genuinely inclusive cultures, and bring our community together in person. All powered by a full-time team of passionate professionals.
